What are your clinic hours?

Our surgery is open from 9am to 5pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

What should I bring to my first appointment?
  • A current referral from your doctor or specialist
  • Previous imaging or correspondence related to your condition or any blood test results or pathology reports
  • Discharge letters or doctor reports
  • Scans, X-Rays & films
  • A list of current medications, herbal medicine and allergies (including natural preparations such as fish oil and turmeric)
  • New patients can bring a completed registration form which can be downloaded here, or alternatively please arrive 10 minutes earlier than your appointment time to complete your paperwork.
Where do I park?

Parking is onsite at the San Clinic, entry via Fox Valley Road. Parking is also available in the SAN Hospital.

What is an acceptable means of payment?

All bills must be paid on the day and we accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash payments.
For consultation payments we will process your rebate on receipt of payment and the remittance will be sent straight to your bank account (provided Medicare has your bank details).

What is your COVID-19 policy?

In response to the unprecedented COVID-19 situation we take the utmost precautions in our clinic which include: 

 

  • Providing hand sanitiser at the counter, for all patients to use when they visit  
  • Requesting all patients and staff wear masks at all times inside the clinic
  • Limiting the number of patients in the waiting room according to physical distancing principles 
  • We also ask that you call us first before coming in if you have any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath; or have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or have travelled overseas, or to any COVID hotspots in the past 14 days 
  • For the safety of all patients and staff you must sign into the NSW COVID-19 Service App, when entering the clinic
